Welcome to our Christmas Concert series ticket reservation page!

The concerts below are listed in chronological order from Dec. 10-14, with 2 concerts each date (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 6:00 and 7:30 and Saturday at 1:00 and 2:00) at Belfry Hall in the Sanctuary.

To ensure that each student's family has seats at the concert, we are allowing 4 tickets per student, per ensemble.

The tickets will be reserved under the STUDENT'S name.

Once the students have reserved their tickets, we will inform families of how many tickets remain for each concert.

The tickets are FREE. (That being said, there is an opportunity to "Pay what you want" for tickets, and even a few dollars per ticket can help the Valley Troubadours provide tuition scholarships and assist with the many expenses related to our programs and facility.)

Either way, you must enter an amount (even if it's 0) for each ticket you reserve.

Concert Dress: All students are to wear "White on top/Black on the bottom."

This would mean an all-white shirt, and all-black on the bottom (black pants, or below-the-knee length black skirt), black socks/tights (if worn), and black shoes. Girls have the option to wear pants or long skirts.

Exceptions: Trouvères will be in their formalwear. Show Choir will wear their designated outfits. Front Line: hats/bow ties

Call Times: Band and Choir students will be called to the Band Room downstairs 30 minutes prior to their concert start time. Students in other ensembles, please check with your instructor for final concert details in regards to call times/locations

Below are the 8 concerts in 5 days involving 22 instrumental/vocal ensembles of 1000 registrations involving about 600 students. 

Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to reserve tickets for each of your students in each of their ensembles on each of their concert days before Friday, November 29th.
