If you have already signed up, please stay in the camp you signed up for. We hope you will want to be apart of Winnie the Pooh and Friends!

Flag Day

Parade!

Marching Band Camp!

The Valley Troubadours Marching Band is planning on participating once again in the Appleton Flag Day Parade on Saturday, June 8 at 2:00 p.m. in downtown Appleton. This is one of the biggest opportunities to publicly showcase homeschooling in our area (and on TV!) and truly be ambassadors for our incredible homeschooling community!

The week prior to the parade, we are holding a free marching band camp at Belfry, so we can practice marching fundamentals, flag line, drum line, music, and street marching. After the parade, we invite all members back to Belfry for a potluck.

  • The Marching Camp is free. If you need a marching band t-shirt or flip folder/lyre, they are $10 apiece.

  • We will once again wear our marching band uniform for the parade.  Flag Line will wear Marching T-shirts and black pants.

  • All participants will need black socks and comfortable, ALL BLACK, closed-toed shoes for marching

*Parents who were once proud band members can participate! Need an instrument? Let me know, and I'll figure it out.

Flag Line:  This is an opportunity for students ages 13 and older.  Some choreography experience is helpful

Camp schedule is posted at the bottom of the page.

Please register your students (and/or yourself!) - there is no cost for the camp!
