Flag Day Parade

The Valley Troubadours Marching Band has been approved for participation in the Appleton Flag Day Parade on Saturday, June 11 at 2:00 p.m. in downtown Appleton. We will be entry #36.

​

The week prior to the parade, we are holding a free marching band camp at my home in Greenville (W7771 Spring Rd), so we can practice marching fundamentals, flag line, drum line, music, and street marching.

​

After the parade, we invite all members back to my home for a potluck and bonfire.

​

• The Marching Camp is free. If you need a marching band t-shirt or flip folder/lyre, they are $10 apiece.

• Our marching uniform for participants is solid black from the waist down (pants or long skirt/leggings, socks, comfortable shoes for marching - ALL BLACK) and our blue Marching Band T-Shirt ($10 if you do not have one)

• Additional $10 for flip folder/lyre, if you need one
